Broken toilet causing water spillage!!! Missing basic amenities like bottled water and coffeemaker!!! Overpriced valet parking experience and poor communication about services!!! A significant upgrade needed for general facilities!!!

The amazing view of the falls from the room was unmatched, perfectly set up to enjoy both sunset and fireworks. The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing water early in the morning. However, the room needed significant repairs with a broken bed frame, malfunctioning toilet and a generally outdated feel. Additionally, parking fees were surprising and high, and the dining experience at the hotel restaurant fell short of expectations due to cold food and service delays.

My stay here was nice. After several visits to niagara falls, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its amazing views and warm staff. The breakfast on the 26th floor was good, and we even caught the fireworks from our room
the shuttle service was delayed frequently.

great views and nearby attractions make for a perfect stay
The views from my room were absolutely stunning, and being just a short walk to the journey behind the falls made exploring so easy and enjoyable during my stay as a solo traveler. the friendly staff added to my positive experience too. but it's worth noting that the hotel is a bit further from the main tourist strip than I expected, which could be a consideration for those who prefer to be closer to the action.

This place suits me perfectly with 24-hour reception, air conditioning, and a great restaurant. I remember how the staff helped me with good exchange rates on my first stay. Their friendliness stands out. Ed was particularly helpful during my visits. I’ll definitely be back next year!

The view from my room was breathtaking, offering stunning panoramas of the falls, especially at night when the colors lit up the water. The staff were attentive and quick to assist with any needs I had during my stay.
More coffee options in the room would be nice.

Just a good pick for a holiday in Niagara Falls with fantastic value for money. The staff seemed happy and eager to help us with the shower, which was a bit tricky. Try to check the air conditioning before settling in as it can get warm.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing
The view from my Tower King Fallsview Room left me utterly speechless. I could see the falls change colors right from my bed, giving me a front-row seat to nature's magic! The staff were warm, going above and beyond-like when they delivered complimentary coffee right to my door. Plus, the shuttle service made exploring so easy, so I didn’t need to worry about parking!

missingWrote a review on 29 Julgreat locationcomfortable roomfriendly staffbroken elevator
Had an awesome time with my friends! We explored the local area and enjoyed some great golf lessons and fishing adventures nearby. The room was comfortable, and the staff made our stay smooth as we handled everything we needed without issues. Just a heads up, parking can be a hassle, so factor that into your plans if you're driving.
One downer was that the elevator to the top floor was broken, and we had to take the stairs, which was a bit of a surprise for our group, especially after a long day. But it didn't ruin our trip overall.

great view but some issues
The Fallsview room had an amazing view of the falls and even the skywheel, which was stunning during both sunrise and sunset. The room was spacious with a comfy king bed, large shower, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and free toiletries. The staff was super friendly, and you can open the windows for fresh air too.

The view from our room was absolutely stunning! We could see the falls right outside our window, and it truly made our stay memorable. The room was kept clean, and the staff was friendly and prompt with our requests for extra towels. However, our room was a bit cramped without much counter space in the bathroom, which made it tricky for two people to get ready at the same time. The parking situation was also a hassle. We had to park quite far away and wait for a shuttle, which can be tough in colder weather. Although breakfast options nearby seemed pricey, we found a quieter spot a short drive away that was more affordable. The proximity to attractions was great. we could walk to the cable car and other spots. Overall, the breathtaking view made up for a few inconveniences, and we'd likely return for that!

missingWrote a review on 17 Junstunning viewspanoramic loungeconvenient locationdifficult elevatorsoutdated furnishings
Incredible views from both the Fallsview rooms and the 360-degree panoramic lounge atop the building are a highlight. Access to nearby dining options provides flexibility and the convenience of a location close to local attractions is a definite plus.
Unfortunately, the elevators to the higher floors are cumbersome—only two people fit in at a time, and you have to manually hold the button for it to come down. The room itself felt outdated, with problematic furniture like broken drawers and an uncomfortable bed that detracted from the overall experience. The parking situation is also not ideal, with a distant lot charging $35 a day, and the absence of on-site dining options left limited choices for meals.
